Q1. What is Luxify?
Luxify is a fashion-forward online store offering premium-quality ethnic and western wear for men and women — from stylish lehengas and kurtis to classy men’s shoes.
Q2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–9 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order ships.
Q3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we accept COD with a 10% advance payment, and the rest on delivery. Prepaid orders are recommended for faster processing.
Q4. How can I make a payment?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallets through our secure Razorpay gateway.
Q5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong-size items.
- You must share a 360° unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.
- The return must be initiated within 24 hours.
- Customers are responsible for tracking the return shipment.
Q6. What if I received a wrong size?
We’ll happily exchange your product if the requested size is available. Please contact us immediately at support@luxify.in with your unboxing video and order details.
Q7. Which items are non-returnable?
We don’t accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Products without tags or original packaging
- Customized or altered pieces
Q8. Do I need to record a video when I receive my order?
Yes! Please record a full 360-degree unboxing video of your product without any pauses. This helps us verify the condition of the product in case of any issues.
Q9. What if my product is damaged or incomplete?
If the product arrives damaged or incomplete, you can return it. Please note:
- Shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.
- If the same product is not available, only the item value will be refunded, not the courier charges.
Q10. Are your products true to size?
Yes, our products follow standard Indian size charts. We recommend checking our Size Guide on each product page before placing your order.
Q11. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can also check the “Track My Order” section on our website.
Q12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. For international orders, we recommend adding your products to the cart and sharing details with us via WhatsApp at +91 99888 84568.
Q13. Can I place an order if I don’t agree with these terms?
Orders can only be placed by customers who agree to our policies. These terms are final and non-negotiable.
